7. Cancellation Policy

• Cancellations less than 12 hours: No refund of booking fee
• Emergency cancellations due to safety concerns: Case-by-case evaluation
• Service provider cancellations: Full refund and priority rebooking

8. Limitation of Liability

LETRIK's liability is limited to the fullest extent permitted by law:

• We are not liable for the quality of work performed by service providers
• Our liability is limited to the amount of fees paid for the specific service
• We are not responsible for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages
• Service providers carry their own insurance for work-related damages
